Bryson City

A proper 'one horse' town famous for it's railway station and very friendly to boot.

Another new experience for me today - white water rafting - loved it. It wasn't the rapidiest rapids there could be, but they were certainly enough for me.

We also set foot on the Apalacian trail which links Georgia and Maine; it takes five months to walk and B has mentioned more than once today what an amazing experience it would be....not sure how a Brit would get on visa-wise though???
