Owl Family Update

Those of you who have been following my journal for a while might recognise this owl family which was blipped earlier this year . When my neighbours first moved in it was just the two of them and they had just the two large owls, then they had a little girl and the doorstep family grew as well (as blipped previously). They recently added another little girl to their family and I noticed this morning that the owl family had grown accordingly. I also noted with a smile that the mother owl is having to lean against the wall and Daddy has that 'wide-eyed, I'm not really half asleep' look - I'm not really surprised as the latest addition is not as good as the first one and I can very frequently hear her airing her lungs even when I'm shut in my house - I think we could have an opera singer in the making :-))
It's been very grey and dull here today and I couldn't quite persuade myself that it would be a good idea to go for a walk, instead I opened the front door and took this blip - lazy or what ;-))
