Dad as a Conductor

Day 261: Work-Related Project

Dad rang me earlier this morning to ask if I could photoshop him as a conductor (something to do with showing how you consider your managerial style). As a manager, Dad sees himself as a conductor, organising his team as efficiently as possible so everyone works together. Something like that anyway I guess.
