Just a load of hot air?

I can safely say no to that dire pun, after a good week spent with talented colleagues at a regional meeting in Phuket. People scoff at Phuket being the venue for this but it ticks most boxes. Interesting that there's been a huge influx of Russians since we had the same meeting here two years ago.

This was on the final night as we celebrated on the beach. Being conservationists there was much soul searching before we released these lanterns. The covers were examined and found to be edible paper and the wooden structures we decided could act as Fish Aggregation Devices, to help artisanal fishers.
