Autumn in the Forest

Trip out with the old crowd today. We went to Thetford Forest.

We played in the park area first. Elizabeth went on the zip slide that was for children over 8. She was fine on it!

Rebecca did some climbing that I didn't think she could do either.

After lunch we went to the sound and music trail.

So, loads and loads of walking, running and climbing. They had better sleep well tonight!
