My Doha Adventure

My first blip in quite a while but hopefully one of lots more to come.

Today I flew out to Doha to begin a 6 month secondment working on the new Metro project.

My colleagues had prepared a very humorous welcome sign which raised a smile after a long flight and queue at arrivals :)

29deg at 8pm is also welcome after the Scottish autumn / winter...looking forward to chilling out tomorrow but starting work on Sunday. The Sunday to Thursday working week will definitely take time to get used to!
