Swan family

Saw this family of swans this morning swimming along the canal. Mum & Dad swan with 2 adolescents who were clinging on to the last of their grey downy fluffiness. They moved a bit too fast to get a better picture of them by the time I pulled my phone out the bag!

Just had a long chat with my Dad about our plans for next year and he has agreed to look after Oliver while we go away. Only need to tell my Gran now which will be a much harder conversation to have.
