Ahead of schedule...

Will miracles never cease. Arrived almost 10 minutes early at Schipol, security was pretty quiet and for once I made my ridiculous connection - about 40mins - though the gate was closing as I got there. This shot from the connecting flight to Stavanger as we were approaching the Norwegian coast.

First flight wasn't all plain sailing though, walking across the tarmac one of the engines was making a rather loud grating sound. Halfway through the flight we had a serious bit of wobbling - not turbulence - and then the engine noise seemed to stop coming from one side... Nothing said and the landing was as smooth as anything, but you do wonder...
