Down in the Forest.

This was a Photoshop exercise in balancing the lighting from a flash gun using a layer and a gradient, but it was a bit like asking an Irishman the way to Dublin, "If I were you, I wouldn't start from here."
Next time I try this, I'll take a tripod and an off-camera flash gun.

If it wasn't for the fact that I've already missed two days this week, I wouldn't have bothered posting it.
