Swallowtail

I had thought the butterflies were mostly gone but for a few days now I've been seeing them again. This beautiful swallowtail showed up on the Mexican Sunflower this afternoon and I managed to capture it way up high by standing on a bucket.

Our time is changing over the weekend and I dread it. It will be dark by 5:30 pm now and it always makes feel like I need to be in bed by 8:00. Wish they would just leave it alone.
