Rainy Friday

Yesterday I decided I wanted to take some shots of the library at dusk, and with that in mind I dragged the tripod and camera into work on the train. Sneaked (not that much sneaking can be done when you are carryig a tripod) out of the office at 4:30 whereupon the drizzly rain got harder and harder. Took quite a few shots that were ruined by raindrops on the lens. Got back into the office at 5:30 looking like a drowned rat - cue "oh is it still training" comments from my colleagues!

After work we went to see Tartuffe at the Rep (on left hand side of picture) which was really excellent and very funny. Always a nice surprise when you are dragged along to see something you are fairly indifferent about and it turns out to be very good. Didn't get to bed until very late as Sophie was stressing about rearranging her Nandos shifts when we got home and so am feeling rather jaded today!
