Adaptation

Being away for some time makes you miss some curiosities. I was surprised today in my first walk by this new place. People from other countries represent now a 10% of the population in this city that 20 years ago was just a town and that still is not very used to changes.

Some of these people have decided to adapt their business to the Basque idiosyncrasy. Chinese shops sell porcelain jars and aizkolaris and this Moroccan restaurant located in the Old Town has given a step beyond. So kebab+basque= EUSKOKEBAB! Incluiding the Basque flag outside! :)
