Mediterranean!

Its been a wet cold day today, so what better to do than stay in and bake. Today we have gone Mediterranean to bring back some sunny holiday memories. I have made Foccacia bread and olive breadsticks (part of my bread challenge). Also 'on the go' is a spinach and feta pie. Time to sit down and get cosy! Happy birthday Mum - hope you had fun in London.
