Curry Night

Nikki was called out last night to a power cut in Lochinver, not getting home til 4.30am. No rest today though, we had the Girls Brigade soup and sandwich lunch to do, had to bid Auf Wiedersehen to my sister, and then he spent all afternoon in the kitchen making this amazing vegetable jalfrezi with homemade bhajis. Totally delicious, and followed with a night in front of strictly on the telly. My kind of Saturday night.
