BethaBlip 83...
This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I take the same photo in the same place each 1st and 15th of each month along with a wee diary of what has happened and how life has progressed for each of them. Bethany on the 1st and Ewan on the 15th. It is quite remarkable and is accentuated by the 1 year ago thumbnail down in the bottom right.
Rugby didn't last all that long. No longer had we handed over her membership fees than she coyingly hung about on the edge of the field not really wanting to get involved. Probably because she'd have been the only girl but she did get into some of the later games they were playing.
Bethany got put into a more advanced group than the standard for primary 3. It means she gets slightly more challenging work at school and home. Her maths has gone through what they call upstairs downstairs adding and they are now onto upstairs downstairs subtraction with borrowing. Basically subtracting with double digit numbers. She had a bit of an upset one night because she wasn't able to do them very quickly but a wee talk with her teacher the next day and she had a light bulb moment and got it.
There's been a couple of halloween parties this month and this is Bethany getting back from the neighbours getting more mileage out of her Monster's High costume.
