The boy in the window

We were supposed to be going to our friends house to stay the night and go to a firework display but I was just too tired after my trip to Moscow so we went to Ham House for a couple of hours this afternoon and stayed in tonight and watched Independence Day instead.

Gulliver's pose here reminded me of this painting of Chatterton, when I lived in Victoria I used to go to the Tate often and this was one of my favourite paintings
