It's a London thing!

Well guess where I was today then?

After a few tough weeks we wanted to do something with the kids as a bit of a thank you for being so good when I was ill , so we decided to head to London for the day (last time we went was about 5/6 years ago and it was a total nitemare for me!) we went everywhere, walked for miles and spent a bit more money than we planned!!!!
I never thought id ever enjoy London again, but for the first time in I don't know when I didn't panic , feel anxious or have a break down - it was just great , my kids were great and I have a new found love for the big city - I only live an hours train ride (if that) and I've promised myself that I will make more of an effort and start to enjoy what others spend a fortune coming from miles and miles to visit xxx

Had a lot to chose from today but my blip is of Tower Bridge - out of everywhere in London Eloise was desperate to walk across it , we nearly gave it a miss as the kids were flaking but we made it and Eloise's face was a picture - she was absolutely thrilled so it made up for the aching feet, aching feet which are now safely resting on the sofa and will be shortly heading for bed as I'm wiped out!!!
