Rainbow Day

Wet windy wonderful day.... Managed to capture a buzzard hunting over Barnageera and the acquaintance of a local landowner.....Though lighting was horrible and settings were woeful after jumping out of the car, avoiding traffic and getting a soaking... However all in a day's fun.. Rainbow photo was off the Skerries coast... Loved the rain on one side of the photo and bright sunshine on Rockabill lighthouse.... ...According to a friend I love rainbows....but then again who doesn't.... It is said in folklore that there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow but often the gold we treasure most is more often the journey itself, the people we meet and the shared experiences...... In ways I'm a very lucky man.....just saying (with grateful appreciation)
