Bang, bang, boom............

Living, as we do, in a bit of an exposed place, yet surrounded by higher fells and moors, fireworks going off sound like canon.

Scared dog tonight, but we just ignored her (that's what you are supposed to do, pretend that everything is quite normal); hard to do when she jumped up onto the coffee table and crept onto my lap, and then pushed into the space between me and the back of the chair. She is only a medium sized, but has very sharp elbows :(

Foul night, bitterly cold and windy, but once I was off my chair, thought I would have a little dalliance with the camera and take my first night shots :)
