Hooded Lapwing

This fellow lives in the Kiwi House in Otorohanga. We went to see the Kiwi birds there but there were no photos allowed as they live in the dark.

After this we went to see the caves at Waitomo. Lots of glowworms which was really cool, but also too dark for photos!
