A rainbow day....

On my way to get some shopping this morning I stopped to take my first rainbow shot and then there was an even better one on the way home so again I stopped.

Time to get out and stretch the legs so we headed up the Bonawe side of Loch Etive as I thought now that the hills had a dusting of snow it could look quite nice for a few more shots.

When we reached my favourite view it was raining and had completely closed in with cloud so we sat and ate our pieces. As we watched it cleared and I captured a wonderful sequence of shots. The showers moved further down the glen, the sun came in hitting different parts of the hills and then a little rainbow - I was in heaven, best view I have had for lunch ever!
