Spent Sunday in Greenwich watching The Rand and Lizzie run a 10k

I have to admit to feeling jealous of the two of them - both at the start and at the end of the race - i thought i should be doing things like this, i want to earn the medal and the goody bag they got - i want to live life and be healthy - i want to feel like i really deserve the two/three pints we had in the pub afterwards. However, having seen the state of a large number of the field at the 5km point and the final straight - i can't say i was overly envious of them!
