Last boat ride for the year

This solitary goose was enjoying the colors early this morning when we took our pontoon out for it's final 2013 voyage. When there is ice on the stairs to the lake and the yard is full of fallen leaves, it's time!!!!! The boat comes in today.

We had a wonderful evening with dear friends last night, and this promises to be a busy week for us, too. We have dinner company three of the next six evenings!!
