Squibbing

Thisevening we went to Bridgewater carnival. Such a fantastic carnival, so much effort goes into the beautiful floats, even the weather held out for it with just a few quick showers that didnt come to much, it was very cold though. After the carnival the most exciting part for me is the squibbing where around 100 people line up wih their squibbing equipment and the lined up street of people are lit up under a shower of fireworks, a Bridgewater tradition i believe. Sounds crazy and dangerous but it is the most fantastic experience and i cant get enough of it. we went last year for the first time and had to go and experience it again this year. Amazing, you must stick around for the squibbing after the carnival if you ever go to bridgewater carnival. Give it a google or you tube it to check it out.
