The Great Gate

This was specially made for the entrance to our local nature reserve. Sadly, a few months ago. a motorist fleeing from the police crashed through it, getting stuck half way up the bridleway, where he was apprehended. It has been mended, and is here being re-hung. It's a huge gate - 14' long, but made in the farm gate shape. The bridleway needs a gate -we have had motorists drive up it, following their sat-navs, and running out of path!
