Happy Diwali

Today is Diwali, the Hindu festival of light.

The name "Diwali" is a contraction of deepavali which translates into "row of lamps", and it's what I have been named after - Dipti, which means "A little Sparkle of Light."

It's the beginning of the Hindu financial year, and is a blessing for prosperity and wealth. The Goddess Lakshmi is worshipped at this time, as she brings an abundance of prosperous blessings into those lives that are full of light and love! (like mine!)
