Pumpkin …..

Struggled a bit with this one for FatMumSlim's challenge - 'P is for …….'
Not sure why to be honest - think I just had brain freeze and couldn't think of anything. I sent K off on a mission to Tesco with the faint hope of finding a 'reduced to clear' pumpkin and hey presto he found one! It's now going to be changed into Delia's Roasted Pumpkin Soup with melted cheese - yummy!
