Across The Pond

Travelled stealthily across the border into Lancashire this weekend. Luckily am back in Yorkshire now and survived without losing a limb or being brainwashed into liking hot pot instead of curry.


I have to admit some parts of it are nice ( I mean apart from the border back to Yorkshire )


1: Running there is easier , am used to altitude training in Yorkshire so the flat roads are easy work in Lancashire ( "technically " it means I should run faster but we all know what " technically"can do and it rhymes with Go Duck Himself )


2: Erm no I can't think of a number two
