Venice Beach

This area was a nice surprise. Its so arty with stalls all along the walkway, painted buildings, crazy crazy people, and a special smell too. Some parts are like walking around in the 1960's which is what this van reminded me of.

Lunch was at Baby Blues BBQ which was a place I'd seen on one of my fave TV shows Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. We had a proper American meal, ribs, corn, cornbread, slaw and a beer. We didn't eat again till lunch the next day !
