Life though my lens

Queen's View

Today we went for a little explore around perthshire. We headed up to Pitlochry stopping at the hermitage on the way which was beautiful as all the autumnal colours where out and there was a spectacular waterfall. We then headed on to Pitlochry for some lunch before walking around the pass of Killiecrankie where we saw the solider's leap, where apparently a red coat jumped over 5m to safety on the opposite shore over a waterfall to escape a jacobite rebellion. We finished our day at Queen's View, where this photo was taken. We got there just as the sun was setting lighting up the trees spectacularly.
