This time last year...(10.30pm-ish)

I think I finally googled Braxton Hicks and realised that what I had been feeling for the past few hours weren't some kind of false alarm, but that this was it, our baby was on its way.

At about 11pm I finally admitted to Ad what I knew and amidst the final packing of bags (which still resulted in half the stuff being left in the car when we got to hospital) we took a picture, as we realised we didn't have a bump picture from the end of the pregnancy. I love that picture. And I love how calm we were to even think of getting that shot.

A bit like last year we ended up in Mothercare today. Last year it was for a teddybear ready for the little one. Today it was for TWW's first birthday present...yep, highly organised as ever.

We had Sunday dinner and birthday cake with family for TWW in preparation for the actual day tomorrow. This is a blip of post cake games with Grandad. Happy little monkey that he is (most of the time...)
