Ferguson had a Halloween party at school this evening. Unlike other years, he agreed for Evie to paint his face.
Following pre-arrangement for the girls to go too, there was an improvisation on their costumes because they didn't end up bringing their own from home.
Contrary to my optimism & excitement of a child's Halloween party, on the way home, 50% of this quartet told me they had had a rubbish time...
Shame on me for thinking they might enjoy it...!
