Soup!
Enough soup for the whole street!
Sweet potato, pumpkin, baby carrot, parsnip and onion soup with chicken stock cumin, ras el hanout, curry powder and chilli.
After it boiled and simmered until the veg cooked I mashed it and will freeze it in batches.
I'm a little disappointed with the flavour though, I used the flesh from our carving pumpkins and they haven't got the best flavour. I think next time I'll buy proper cooking pumpkins that will have a better flavour and be less bitter.
