Crisps

I fancied some crisps tonight but didn't have any in the house, so I had to make again. Previous attempts were unsuccessful to say the least, but I've got proper equipment now which worked ok last time.

Tonight's weren't too bad, but I think the potato was too wet, so I've left some out to dry out overnight. I've also tried some with salt and vinegar, and smoked paprika. Fingers crossed...

I'm off work again tomorrow for an Ikea delivery. I'm hoping the tracker - which says to expect delivery between 12 and 4 - works, and I can get a long lie.
