Fortune-tellers are often predicating near temples or shrines, sometimes even in shopping malls.
Near the place I live in Bangkok, there is a Ganeesha Shrine, which is a much revered spot in the city. At night, there are always a bunch of male or female fortune-tellers nearby carrying on their business like on this Blip.
