Spent the entire day working in the yard with my little family. Alex was eager to help out and after doing a great job sweeping up the leaves in front of the house Isaac gave him the job of manning the leaf blower. Never underestimate the age your children can start helping in the yard, because this 5 year old was incredible with this task and only chased after mommy twice with the giant blower. Took a break to play with friends then came back at the end of the day to voluntarily pull weeds, trim bushes and pick up debris. My back is sore but my heart is happy.
