Respite from the Apple store

Imatch was not the solution to sort out my iTunes. A talk with an iCloud consultant and a trip to the dreaded Apple Store has only resulted in an appointment to bring both my iPad and computer to the store in a couple of days. A frustrating morning after a weekend spent in the hapless pursuit of understanding and order. So this relatively peaceful place in the city is a welcome respite.
