Southern Masked Weaver nest building Day 4

He has been working on reinforcing the inside of the nest. The gaps are no longer visible...now he is working on the entrance. He is meticulous.
But there is competition from other males building on the same tree - they do not hesitate to steal strands from his nest to feather their own nest!
