Bilbo Baggins

Shhhhh don't tell Rio! Found this cheeky chap while out cycling. His name on his collar was Billy. I rang the number but got no answer, so I tried the vets number also on his collar. Ah the receptionist said, it's bilbo baggins. Apparently he has a habit of taking himself on walks of the village. I got his address, sourced some twine from a nearby house and took him home! His owner was very pleased to see him and couldn't thank me enough for taking the time to find his home. She had been out in the fields with the horses when he did a runner. Very sweet boy he is.

Rio isn't going to be happy on Wednesday, he is having a trip to the vets for his booster and to have his dew claws clipped as he keeps attaching himself to the carpet! He'll be muzzled in the car and taken in through the back door so as not to upset everyone else, he almost turns himself inside out with rage at the vets. He won't go on the table as he is scared of heights so we have to wrestle with him on the floor. But I still love the monster and all of his issues!
