Wet and Windy Aigle Castle

On a day like today it makes you cringe to think how cold these old castles must have been. No wonder they grew lots of grapes around them, the alcohol consumption would have given the knights of old a semblence of being warm!

Fact - this year's grape crop was not enough to keep the Swiss going, they do not export their wine but this year they will have to drink foreign wine!
