A bit of blue

Spotted this tank this morning on my walk. Must have been put here recently because I didn't notice it a couple of days ago. I wonder if someone just pulled up beside the road and dumped it or if it belongs to the people who live here. We sometimes see things dumped in the ditches.
I'm not sure what this little shed is - maybe a well house. Our well house looks a bit like this, with the power pole and meter attached.
I almost blipped this. I love stumps and snags, and I liked that this was a feeder stump with another plant rooted in it. I also liked the little flashes of red leaves. I didn't like the lack of detail on the yellow leaves.
