FIONA SHAW

I had to seize my chance to grab a shot of one of my heroines and one of the nation's greatest actors as she left Broadcasting House this morning.
Fiona Shaw had been taking part in Radio 4's Start The Week.
She kindly stopped to let me take my shot, despite being caught by a sudden gust of wind as well as having to look straight into the sun.

I'll have to try for a second chance to take another picture in more agreeable conditions.

Fiona even said it was OK to put the picture on my blog.

I so admire her style.
