......it strikes me that if businesses had more people ANSWERING their phones than they have people cold-calling for new business their existing customers might be a bit happier......time spent listening to Vivaldi's effing 'Spring' and it's ilk so far this morning: approx 35mins......and rising......I used to like Vivaldi's 'Spring'........
