shaman and his dombra

Went to the Music Instrument Museum this morning and had a very informative talk about local musical instruments. The most common is the dombra, it is a stringed instrment and it comes in many shapes some look almost like a violin some long. This guy is said to have believed he was immortal as long as he kept playing music...he was bitten by a snake while sleeping and died at a very old age...
