Out today and driving when I saw a buzzard just a few yards away but the usual thing of moving off as I stopped so only got distant shots but it appeared to have jessies. Similar with a hovering kestrel that was only 4 ft off the ground so I can but offer you a cat on a sunny thatched roof. :-)
