And there was Light!

The organ pipes and part of the stupendous nave at Norwich Cathedral, Norfolk.
What a tremendous and spiritual place.
The size was breathtaking, there was a beautiful range of windows and just towards the end of our visit, the sun came out and provided some illumination across the body of the cathedral.
All in all ... magnificent.

PS Our nature spotting luck also held out with a great view of a barn owl, in flight and at rest, an egret and some hares.
