The Long and the short of it

Bifocals? Or reading glasses? Or laser surgery?
I knew I was struggling with reading a bit with or without my current glasses. But when I tried on a pair of reading glasses I couldn't believe the difference they made.

Looking at this upside down photo maybe the problem is more serious than I thought! But I am only allowed to take 1 photo a day (oh, and do no editing), so this is it.
