Pork belly stew for tea tonight. Its definitely the start of stew season now! I'm going to leave the pork to cook for an hour before I add the rest of the ingredients, in the hope it'll tenderise. Fingers crossed! Semi productive day today, had a good sort out in the bedroom & finally got around to putting away the piles of clean laundry that had more space than we did. All done, and I actually dusted too!
