Dead

Can’t be bothered to lift the vase over to the bucket; too much effort.
It’s been such a long day. I am so tired. I want to sleep and not wake up. I don’t feel or think anything when I sleep.
Have alternated between sofa and my bed.

Have just the phone call from the S's and I haven't been left feeling calm like before. Not their fault, they can't fix me.
