Not exactly fireworks

Didn't get the opportunity earlier to get shots of fireworks, so, its an emergency of blip of a rose. It has been somewhat tweaked to soften it and bleed out some of the colour. Handheld on a high ISO. Both tripods are in the car and the dog won't let me out of her sight in the face of the ongoing barrage of bangs, crashes and flashes to go and collect one of them (hence no fireworks shots too).

It reflects the day - most of the colour seems to have bled out of that too. None to productive, if anything, a couple of steps backwards. Ground to be made up again tomorrow.
